Daniel Ivarsson has an extensive knowledge and skills in public procurement, technical co-operation, trade and investment development and project financing, and high level experience as Independent adviser to international organizations, development banks, governments, other authorities, and businesses (OECD, the EU Commission, UN/WTO, EBRD, FIDIC and SGS).

Since 2018, he has given advice on procurement policy to Morocco and Tunisia, and supported the Tunisian authorities in carrying out MAPS II.
Within his work with OECD-SIGMA (2010-2018), he advised governments on public procurement reform, and particularly preparation or revision of draft legislation and strategy documents; and co-authored SIGMA’s Principles of Public Administration.
