Lamia Moubayed Bissat, President of the Institute of Finance Basil Fuleihan and member of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration, took part in the launch of the 2020 United Nations E-Government Survey organized by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), which includes an in-depth presentation of the E-government survey data and results.
She discusses in this keynote address her remarks and findings on the survey, especially in regards to technology advances in government, the challenges of e-government, the main principles for its effectiveness and the main vulnerabilities for the MENA Region.
