Gherbal Initiative has issued the Key Performance Indicators roster in collaboration with the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan and the US-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI).
The purpose of developing these key performance indicators is to measure the performance of the procuring entities and to enhance transparency, integrity and accountability.
The obligation of publishing basic information related to the procurement stages on the central electronic platform, provides information and data to all interested and concerned persons, thus allowing the monitoring of the performance of the procuring entity according to these indicators.
