Under the patronage of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Youssef El Khalil, the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan and the University of Rome Tor Vergata had the pleasure to launch of the International Certification Program in Strategic Public Procurement for Lebanese Officials in this event that took place on the 16th of January, 2024.

The certification program highlights the strategic importance of public procurement and is intended to serve as a catalyst for the implementation of the Public Procurement Law no.244/2021 in Lebanon, in line with international standards and good practices.
